So you don't have to keep asking, here are answers to the most common questions about reviews of tools, software, and digital products.
A review and guide site for choosing tools, software, and digital products, written from real hands-on use.
Anyone who wants to pick digital tools without endless trial and error: beginners, students, freelancers, and small business owners.
Betariko is a name that means luck. The hope is that you get lucky finding the right tool without repeated trial and error.
Every review is written directly by me, the owner of Betariko.
Digital products, tools, and software: from productivity, coding, and design apps to AI, automation, security, and privacy tools.
I actually use each tool for my daily work, then rate it on ease of use, features, who it's for, and whether it's worth the price.
Yes. They're written from hands-on experience, not copy-pasted from the official site. If there's a part I haven't had the chance to try, I say so plainly.
Ease of use, features, who it's for, and value for the price.
I aim to stay honest and balanced: pros and cons are both covered. If a review is a paid collaboration, I always disclose it so you can judge for yourself.
Through affiliate links: if you buy or sign up through certain links, I may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Sometimes there are collaborations too. Everything is disclosed, and commissions don't affect my ratings.
Yes, some links here are affiliate links, and they don't affect the price you pay. The disclosure is stated on the relevant pages.
No. The price you pay is the same.
It must not. Ratings are based on hands-on experience, not commissions.
If there are ads or sponsored content, they're always clearly labeled and kept separate from the review itself. No ad is ever disguised as a review.
Of course. Free, freemium, or paid, all are fair game as long as they're useful to readers.
Yes, all reviews are free to read.
No. Just open and read.
The plan tested is always stated in the review.
Yes, honestly, because that's useful information for readers.

What you enter is only used to reply to your request. It isn't sold or shared for any other purpose.
Yes. Tell me the tool's name and why you're curious. I'll consider it, but it won't necessarily be reviewed right away because of scheduling and topics.

The testing, ratings, and opinions in reviews come from my own hands-on experience. If tools help along the way (for example, to polish the wording), I still check everything before publishing.
That's perfectly normal. Everyone's needs, devices, and usage differ. A review is one perspective from my use, not the only truth.
